The biblical view of worship has everything to do with us seeking intimacy with Jesus.
In worship and prayer, we have the opportunity to remember that Jesus loves and enjoys us and we are created to have a relationship with God.
We gather to worship:
- Because God is made known in Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit is our redeemer, savior, and sustainer of life…
- Because God draws us into God’s very own community…
- Because God forms us into a new family of love and justice…
- Because God created us for relationship with God and others …
- Because God longs for us to thrive in our daily life…
Intimacy with Jesus in prayer and worship precedes your action. You can experience intimacy with Jesus as you remember that God enjoys you, loves , longs for a personal relationship with you.
We offer four incredible worship opportunities every Sunday at 8:15am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am
FOUR SERVICES
ONE FAMILY
8:15 Word + Table
9:15 and 10:15 Contemporary
11:15 Traditional
8:15am Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary
This service allows our church family to experience Christ in a different way. We use piano, flute, guitar, cajón, and voices to shape old hymns into a modern celebration. It is a simple, meditative worship calling us to dwell deeply on Christ's presence around and within us. The Holy Sacrament of Communion, Taizé style music, short readings, prayerful silence and a short sermon guide the focus of the service.
9:15am and 10:15 Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary
This service allows our church family to experience worship in a less traditional way. We use piano, drums, flute, guitar, and voices to lead the congregation in contemporay worship songs. No hymnals are needed as the words are found on the screen. Singing, prayer, and a sermon are crafted into 45 minutes of worship.
11:15am Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary
This service allows our church family to experience worship in a more traditional way. We use piano, organ, violin, flute, guitar, and voices to lead the congregation in songs from the United Methodist hymnal. Acolytes begin our services by lighting the candles on the altar table. The pastors and the choir wear robes and stoles representing liturgical colors. Singing, prayer, and a sermon are crafted into 45 minutes of worship.
