What an exciting opportunity this is to partner with Christ in bringing hope and healing to whole person. Our goal is to demonstrate the love that Jesus poured out to all people, working to heal and strengthen in every area of life: our relationships with God, our mental and emotional health, our physical health and self-care, and our relationships with others. This is the powerful example on which we base this ministry. We seek to meet the needs in ourselves, our church, and our community with love.

Wholistic Ministry at Stone River is organized into four teams according to the stones: spiritual, emotional, physical and relational. 

Spiritual: Offers spiritual formation groups,  spiritual counseling/direction, weekly prayer experiences in the Wholistic Center.

Emotional: Offers pastoral counseling, personal storytelling class, learning experiences in areas such as parenting, understanding stress and anger management, support groups such as for grief, families and friends of people struggling with addiction, domestic violence and PFLAG.

Physical:  Offers opportunities to develop stronger self-care practices to gain resilience while improving your overall health.

Relational: Offers healthy relationship workshops, reconciliation groups, social justice partnerships, and connections with people from various backgrounds in ways that bring healing to all our lives.
