PICKLEBALL
Game, Set, Pickle!
Pickleball is excellent exercise that appeals to all ages and all experience levels. It’s a great sport for beginners who want to get more exercise. It helps get your heart rate up and improves balance and coordination. Also, the benefits of regular exercise on your brain include better sleep and lessened anxiety and depression. Adding just ten minutes more of daily exercise a day could make a difference! Let’s meet in the gym and start playing pickleball together!
Gym is open and set up for play on:
Thursdays 9am - noon
Saturdays 10am - noon
All are welcome! 🤗
FELLOWSHIP DINNER
Every Wednesday at 5:15 we gather in the gym for warm fellowship and a yummy family friendly dinner before small groups for all ages start at 6pm. No reservations needed. Donations only!
WHOLISTIC MOVEMENT
April Wholistic Movement Series: Make Space for Forgiveness
Our three part April movement series coincides with Pastor Ted’s recent sermon on how to make forgiveness practical and embodied. Think about where unforgiveness and forgiveness live in your body. Notice the differences. Does unforgiveness feel tight, contracted, heavy? Does forgiveness feel light, expansive, and free? Can you tell? Can you feel forgiveness at all?
ALL ARE WELCOME!
10:30-noon in Wholistic Center Large Group Room
Led by M Gatlin
APRIL 12: The Spacious Heart
A gentle, floor-based class in the Yin style of yoga. Long held postures for forgiveness & release. Class will include journaling and intermittent sound bath with singing bowls. Sound bath will encourage class to “wash away” what they are ready to release. Paper and pens provided, though participants are welcome to bring their personal journals.
APRIL 19: The Pause Between (Mostly Silent Class)
In this contemplative, Yin style class, we enter the sacred space between – the pause after release and before rebirth. With long-held seated postures and deep stillness, we surrender to the silence and the mystery of what’s unfolding. Held in quite contemplation, this class is a personal pilgrimage inward, honoring Holy Saturday as a time of waiting, trust, and quiet transformation.
APRIL 26: Risen Light – Prayer in Motion
We conclude this transformative series with movement as prayer. Beginning at the earth and rising through a sun salutation flow, we embody renewal, hope, and resilience. This yoga-mala style class invites you to move through repetition with intention, offering prayers for healing, peace, and purpose. Come with your whole self – breath, body, and spirit – as we rise together.
Please don’t wear any fragrance.
Classes are not suitable for prenatal participants.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
Second Fridays 12-1:30 in Fellowship Hall
Our goal is to make prayer shawls offering comfort and encouragement to anyone who needs to feel love wrapped around them during medical treatments, times of grief, loss, joy, or new beginnings. Each shawl is made with love and prayer and has been prayed over and blessed by our pastor. We welcome everyone who wants to join in a very rewarding ministry.
